PRAYING FOR THE BASOTHO MISSION IN LESOTHO  & SOUTH AFRICA

1 Pray for the virtual prayerwalking going on for the Lowlands- go to the website and join in this walk each day

2 Dials-pray for safe travel as they go back and forth from the mountains and the lowlands on treacherous roads

3 Melvins-pray for Zachary and Eli as they begin a new school year that they will be effective witnesses at school

4 Pray for God’s whisper to each Team member so they know they are never alone in their service to HIM

5 Pray for the Basotho who are waiting to hear the name of Jesus! Holy Spirit, prepare their hearts for the gospel

6 Peppers-pray for Larry and Sally as they prepare to make the move to Lesotho in February of 2009

7 Pray for a family that is completing the IMB processing and will be going to Lesotho in 2009 as they prepare to GO!

8 Pray for Basotho who are dying of HIV/AIDS that they may come to know Jesus as Savior before it is too late

9 Dials-pray for the new church start in Pakoeng for spiritual growth and for a

love and yearning to know God’s Word

10 Melvins-pray for Tom as he visits local pastors in Maseru that he can united them in a single purpose-to tell others of  Jesus

11 Pray for good health for the entire team as they serve in areas where medical attention is not easily accessible

12 Pray for new interpreters to help our missionaries in weekly Bible Studies in the Lowlands and in the Mountains

13 Dials-pray for the many mountain orphans who struggle to survive-many are alone without any basic life needs

14 Peppers-pray for the ministry they will be starting in Lesotho as they will fly to remote villages with medical aid

15 Melvins-pray for the 29 HS students who signed up for True Love Waits that they can organize a group at the school

16 Bickers-pray for the ministries where David and Carla  are serving for a growth in spirit and numbers of salvations

17 Dials-pray for the mountain pastors as they reach out to remote villages to spread the GOOD NEWS of JESUS

18 Pray for rain to fall on the planted fields that they will have a good growing season and harvest for much needed food

19 Pray for safety for our team members as crime increases in Maseru and in the villages where they travel to each day

20 Melvins-pray for new believers in Vukazensela and for training of new church leaders there

21 Pray for the new family who will first time missionaries that they can put thing in order and be ready to serve our risen Llrd

22 Dials-pray for Babs’ brother’s health as he faces a long battle with cancer with Babs so far away from him

23 Peppers-pray for good health for Larry & Sally  as they will come to a new environment and climate.

24 Melvins-pray that Eli & Zachary will be witnesses among the many nationalities at their International School this year

25 Pray for peace for family members back in the USA as they miss their loved ones

29 Pray for weekly studies the Melvins and Dials lead with various groups that they will soon see a harvest of souls

30 Bickers-Pray for John, Sarah, & Michael as they witness to friends and begin their schooling this year

31 Pray for Alan as he trains leaders in the villages to lead the local churches and become Godly leaders to their own people
