 GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS!

1 Pray for the entire Basotho Team as the new year begins. Pray for the Pepper’s and Flora’s as they join the Team soon.

2 Pray for peace and unity for the families of our Team who are stateside. May God bless them daily and keep them safe.

3 Pray for safe travel for the Dial’s and Melvin’s as they daily travel the difficult roads and streets in Lesotho.

4 As the new year begins, pray for new areas and villages to be opened to hearing the Good News of Jesus Christ!

5 Dial’s: Pray for new study started in Ha Theko. May the villagers be faithful to come and have open hearts to receive Jesus

6 Melvin’s: Praise for the many teams who came to work in the Lowlands of Lesotho in 2008 to witness and love the Basotho.

7 Pepper’s: Pray as they continue to go through medical training to be prepared to minister to the Basotho.

8 Flora’s: Pray for the extended family as they prepare to say their goodbyes --especially with those precious grandbabies!

9 Dial’s: Pray for Babs’ brother as he battles cancer. May God embrace him as Babs would if she was home with him.

10 Pray for the rain to nourish the land during this season so there will be an abundant harvest to feed the Basotho.

11 Pray for the Floras today - Jim’s last Sunday in his home church as pastor. Pray for continued support from his congregation

12 Melvins Pray that a ministry in the factory district of Maseru can be started to reach workers through con-sensational English.

13 Pepper’s: Pray as they speak to churches about their medical missions and their new assignment in Lesotho.

14 Flora’s: Pray as they continue to learn the Sesotho language. May they be  able to begin to speak their language upon arrival.

15 Dial’s: Pray for Alan as he teaches the truth of Christ to the men who have come forth to be leaders in their villages.

16 Melvin’s: Pray for Cindi’s True Love Waits ministry-for new opportunities & leaders in the local schools and churches.

17 Pray for a stable government in Lesotho so the position of our missionaries will not be in jeopardy.

18 Pray for Alan as the Team Leader as he makes plans for the Team as the Pepper’s and Flora’s join them soon.

19 Pepper’s: Pray for Larry and Sally as they begin their final preparations to go to Lesotho-that all will go smoothly.

20 Flora’s: Pray for their children as they begin adjusting to the “missionary” lifestyle as MK’s in training and later in Lesotho.

21 Dial’s: Pray for mission teams who have come to show the Jesus film in the mountains and witness to the locals.

22 Melvin’s: Pray for organization and interpreters for a new Bible study beginning in the village of Ha Khitione.

23 Pepper’s: Pray for the Mission Aviation Fellowship in Lesotho with whom they will be working.

24 Pray for Melvin’s and Dial’s as they manage personal time, family time, and ministry time always focusing on Jesus.

25 The Basotho try to mix their traditional religion with the truth of Jesus. May they learn Jesus is the ONLY WAY!

26 Flora’s: Pray as they prepare to go to their Field Personnel Training soon. May it be a blessed time of learning & fellowship.

27 Dial’s: Pray that Pastor Phoka will remain faithful to the truth of Jesus Christ in his life, his family, and his church

28 Melvin’s: Pray as they pursue full time status with the IMB so they can return to Lesotho after a state-side assignment.

29 Pepper’s: Pray for their stateside family and friends as they prepare to say their goodbyes once more as they leave the U.S.

30 Flora’s: Pray for the churches who will partner with them in prayer, financially, and in Going-may they be faithful.

31 Praise for all the volunteers who have been faithful in giving, praying, and in going to Lesotho to share the gospel.
